Conditions of the Sun
& Surf:
Some of you have shown concern about the physical condition
of the Sun & Surf Motel due to the postings made by a prior student. The
Sun N Surf is subject to regular inspections and operates within required code.
During the weeks that this particular class was on property, we were subject to
a tropical storm causing water damage in some rooms.
Please refer to the current pictures taken of the Sun N Surf
Motel. Our housing representatives have put hard work into making this property
comfortable, homey, and safe for our students.
We hope that this updated information will make you feel
comfortable about staying on the Sun N Surf’s property.
